Read through the threads on xda. The clock with the weather is mClock and that is a skin I made. Also the miui clock. The transparent stausbar needs a patch be activated as well as the center clock. INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Download the theme, go to the theme chooser app. Select the Theme & apply. You may get an error: 'Sorry, this theme is missing assets for your device's screen size'. Ignore that and apply it anyway and REBOOT. Disable the USB debugging notification as it cannot be themed and will look out of place.
Be sure to check out my other themes!

Redrew the LauncherPro preferences menu icon
Added ICS blue back to the market as the default color
Fixed call log titlebar
Added a new icon for ADW settings
Added the dock timepicker images to all variations of ADW to match the rest of the theme
Changed the text selection color for default orange to ICS blue

The text label is not visible since the ICONS ARE REALLY BIG!!!! See the screenshots for examples on a HDPI Phone (Motorola MIlestone) and one screenshow showing the LITTLE CUTE PHONE Xperia Mini (it really gives a lovelly touch to the phone).
Icons are increased by about 60% in size!!!!!!!!!!!! This ADDON will only work on the home screen icons and now inside the folders created in the home screen, the screen where the wallpaper is visible. The icons can be used tought in the DOCK BAR also but in the dock bar it will be adjusted to fit it without messing it up.

To use BIG ICONS the recommend columns settings must be 4 for all phones. But can be used 5 columns, but in this case the icons can overlap a little the adjacent ones, not too much.
.-=[ APPLYING THE THEME ]=-.
1) Install the BIG ICONS Theme Addon (See screenshots 1-4)
2) Do not apply the Theme (Unless you want to use it). In this way you can use the BIG ICONS with your current theme just including the new BIG ICONS to it, without altering the other current theme settings.
3) Just long press on the icon on the desktop and change the icon from the new Theme BIG ICONS, just this, nothing more. Works better with 4 columns setup, with 5 columns the icons can overlap a little the adjacent icons, but it´s ok too. You can also move it to the home screen folders and it will keep BIG inside the folder (only home screen folder).
4) Icons with long text labels cause the Big Icons to have a stripe at the right, just rename the icon label to a short name and the issue is fixed. This is due to the blend effect of Go Launcher to text labels.
