Touchscreen:

* Touch the alarm text to set or reset an alarm
* Touch thered X next to the alarm to remove the alarm
* Touch the big green arrow to play a random podcast now
* Touch the red X next to the filename to delete it Keypad: OK or right arrow: Play random podcast

Optimisation: check MIME type only for randomly selected file, not for all when building mp3 list.

* Versions: Ovi-signed is version 3.x, self-signed is version 2.x.
* Upgrading: When launching self-signed, will attempt to launch Ovi-signed.
* Upgrading: When hiding Ovi-signed, will attempt to uninstall self-signed.
